Flexibility
We offer flexible contract options:
We can offer you a temporary freelancer for the duration of the candidates’ search.
A pre-relocation test period is possible for non-EU candidates.
Part of the recruitment fee is not payable if the chosen candidate did not go past the probationary period.
Needless to say
We only charge you once you’ve employed the specialist with our help. There are no payments in advance, nor other hidden fees - all financial transactions are made only once you signed the contract with your new employee.
We love Openbook - the costs of our services are transparent for you and the candidates, regardless of the contract option.
Quality is more important than quantity: we will not send you specialists’ profiles unless we are sure that the candidate’s profile matches at least 80% of your requirements.
